易讀式設(shè)計(jì)--直讀式刻度線消除了轉(zhuǎn)換的麻煩。刻度線印在鋁板上，表面覆有環(huán)氧樹脂，指示管兩側(cè)都標(biāo)有刻度線。特殊的整體流量導(dǎo)向槽可使浮子防止其在受干擾時(shí)發(fā)生損壞或漂移。在白色的背景襯托下，浮子清晰可見。

結(jié)構(gòu)保證精度--所有Rate-Master@流量計(jì)都由堅(jiān)固、透明、防碎的聚碳酸脂塑料注模而成，圍繞著精密制造的錐管。這使得它精確度高，重復(fù)性好。一體化的塑料體固定在不銹鋼后板上，其管螺紋被焊接用以吸收管路的扭矩。此外還可選用黃銅或不銹鋼（訂購(gòu)是注明BV或SSV）精密計(jì)量閥進(jìn)行精確的流量調(diào)整。在真空使用時(shí)，對(duì)RMA型可選用頂部閥門（需注明TMV）。小型RMA系列可精確到全量程范圍的±4%；RMB系列可精確到±3%；大型的RMC系列可精確到±2%。

安裝簡(jiǎn)單--Rate-Master@流量計(jì)可以利用主體上的接頭孔安裝在面板上，流量計(jì)可以整齊的穿過(guò)面板，保持流量管中心處于同一水平上。通過(guò)面板進(jìn)行安裝時(shí)，斜角可以自動(dòng)地把儀表固定在面板合適的位置上，表面安裝部分也可以通過(guò)管路安裝來(lái)固定。我們將提供所有的安裝部件和安裝操作說(shuō)明。

通用式主體--Rate-Master@流量計(jì)主體部份均可方便的互換，互換時(shí)只需從后板上取下主體互換并用另外的O型環(huán)在進(jìn)出口處密封即可，不會(huì)影響管道。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室或工廠里，當(dāng)所需的量程范圍不同時(shí)，可互換性是非常有用和方便的。

清潔方便--只需松開四個(gè)螺釘即可把流量計(jì)塑料管身從不銹鋼后板上取下，而且不影響管身螺紋的連接。打開滑蓋和塞子，用水和肥皂清洗流量管，然后重新安裝好，就是這么簡(jiǎn)單

Easy to read design - direct reading scale marks eliminate the hassle of conversion. The scale lines are printed on the aluminum plate, covered with epoxy resin on the surface, and marked on both sides of the indicator tube. The special overall flow guide groove can prevent the float from being damaged or drifting when disturbed. Against a white background, the float is clearly visible.

Structure ensures accuracy - All Rate Master @ flow meters are made of sturdy, transparent, and shatterproof polycarbonate plastic injection molded around precision manufactured conical tubes. This makes it highly accurate and reproducible. The integrated plastic body is fixed on the stainless steel rear plate, and its pipe threads are welded to absorb the torque of the pipeline. In addition, brass or stainless steel (BV or SSV specified when ordering) precision metering valves can also be selected for precise flow adjustment. When using vacuum, top valve can be selected for RMA type (TMV needs to be indicated). The small RMA series can be accurate to ± 4% of the full range; The RMB series can be accurate to ± 3%; The large RMC series can be accurate to ± 2%.

Easy installation - The Rate Master @ flow meter can be installed on the panel using the connector holes on the main body, and the flow meter can pass through the panel neatly, keeping the center of the flow tube at the same level. When installing through the panel, the diagonal angle can automatically fix the instrument in a suitable position on the panel, and the surface mounting part can also be fixed through pipeline installation. We will provide all installation components and installation instructions.

The universal main body of the Rate Master @ flow meter can be easily interchanged. When exchanging, simply remove the main body from the back plate and seal it with another O-ring at the inlet and outlet, without affecting the pipeline. Interchangeability is very useful and convenient in laboratories or factories when the required range of measurement ranges is different.

Easy to clean - simply loosen four screws to remove the plastic body of the flowmeter from the stainless steel rear plate, without affecting the connection of the pipe threads. Open the sliding cover and plug, clean the flow pipe with water and soap, and then reinstall it. It's that simple
